Sarah has over 20 years’ experience within Recruitment and Training sector, and she is also Cert Ed qualified. Sarah trains all our care candidates which ensure we produce the best of the best.
She provides care, management and other training solutions to companies both onsite at Oakland and at the employers premises.
She is training currently to deliver the Mental Health First Aid Qualification and has recently started Reiki training.
Using her array of skills and experience, Sarah ensures the Oakland Group has a clear strategy for growth. With proven track record of mentoring and coaching staff, she leads by example with a hands on approach.
Sarah participates and runs a range of charity events, most recently climbing Snowdon!

Nicola is an experienced Registered Care Manager with a wealth of experience within the recruitment sector.
She has exceptional knowledge and understanding the needs and requirements of clients and gives 100% in everything that she does.
In her spare time, she can be found watching re-runs of Friends, and she describes herself as a ‘Friends fanatic’. Nicola likes to spend time with her dog and her boyfriend of 12 years, yet still no ring!
Marie has 10 years care experience which in her current roles allows her to understand the needs of clients and candidates at an exceptional level.
In her spare time she also likes to walk her dog and enjoys time with her husband when he is home.
When Marie married her husband, a submariner, she was only given 2 weeks’ notice before they got hitched!
Dillion or Dilly is 11, and loves nothing more than lazing on the sofa in the office. He just lies there and watches the world go by. Pop in and say hello to him!
Gus is a fabulous additional to our Care Team. He joined the group in May 2019.
Gus is a knowledgeable, competent and motivated manager that prides himself in putting 100% in at everything he does.
He has extensive knowledge and understanding of all types of care settings and brings new fresh ideas to the group due to his experience in recruitment.
